PR queen Roxy Jacenko shouts her Ministry of Talent team to a lavish Christmas lunch at ritzy Icebergs and surprises them with Hermès gifts during whirlwind Sydney trip

Roxy Jacenko has spared no expense while taking her Ministry of Talent team out for a Christmas lunch at Bondi’s Icebergs. 

The PR queen, 43, arrived in Sydney last week, only to surprise her employees with a visit to the ritzy eatery, which has views across Bondi Beach. 

Roxy’s former nanny, Martinica Canha, shared a number of photos from the lunch, where employees were given gifts from Hermès.

Despite not showing the gifts, even small leather accessories such as diaries from Hermès retail for in excess of $400 each.  

Roxy jetted back into Sydney last week for the first time since moving to Singapore, bringing daughter Pixie, 12, with her. 

The PR queen revealed part of the reason for the trip was to undertake work for Ministry, but also to visit her hairdresser. 

‘I’ll be undergoing a complete overhaul. Full blonde and extensions,’ Roxy told The Daily Telegraph upon her return Down Under.

‘They just don’t know how to do blonde in Singapore,’ she complained.

The PR queen later took to Instagram to document the colour change. 

Roxy stepped down from her flagship PR company, Sweaty Betty, back in November, after making it one of the best known firms in the nation. 

‘Eighteen years ago this was me. A hungry 24-year-old desperate to succeed (at something, actually anything),’ she said at the time. 

‘No university degree and a half-finished TAFE course, four months PR experience and a small office with a fax machine and cordless phone.’ 

She said she’s lived and breathed Sweaty Betty but it’s now time to live and focus on the Ministry of Talent talent agency. 

The Ministry Of Talent covers social media influencers across fashion, beauty, fitness and more and creates partnerships between bloggers and brands. 

Roxy revealed back in June she was leaving Sydney to live with Oliver and their two children in Singapore.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph in October, Roxy revealed the move took a toll on her emotions.

‘I literally cried every day for the first four weeks – and I am not much of a crier – it’s been so, so hard,’ she told the publication.

‘I have lived in Australia for 43 years, so making the move to another country has been a serious challenge.’
